Ex Libris: January ✢ Bookplates ✢

$12.00 CAD

A bookplate, or an Ex Libris, is a label pasted into a book to indicate ownership. "Ex Libris" means "from the library of". (Think of a "this book belongs to..." page!)
You can paste these bookplates onto the inside cover of the books in your collection, or maybe your note or sketch books!

At the bottom of the illustration is a place to write your name, or really whatever you'd like! Both alcohol and water based marker will work on the lustre.

This is an altered version of my “The desire of the moth for the star” illustration ♡

The bookplates are available in two different types of paper:
➺ Lustre paper, I use this paper for regular prints, so these are essentially mini-prints. You will have to use your own adhesive to paste them into your books. (glue or two-way tape could work)
➺ Label paper. This is regular label paper, the quality of print is lower than lustre, but they are easy to stick! They are also very thin, making them perfect for paperbacks!
